What time can I check in?

Check-in is from 5 p.m., however it is possible to arrive a few hours earlier: if the flat is ready, you will be handed over immediately, otherwise you can leave your luggage in storage and wait to be contacted by reception.

The possibility of using some services immediately, for example the beach and the swimming pool, is not guaranteed, and you will be able to check on arrival at reception.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is until 10:00 a.m.

How far is the beach from the flats?

The distance varies depending on the location of the flat. The property is about 600 m from the beach. After a underpass that allows you to cross the provincial road that separates the Residenza from the sea, you follow a path through a beautiful holm oak forest, where there are also benches for taking a break or enjoying the shade on summer days.

Is beach service included in the offer?

No, the beach service is optional with payment on site and the price varies according to the period of stay.

Is it necessary to reserve the beach in advance?

Reservation is compulsory for the first row. For the other rows, a beach umbrella with two sunbeds per flat is guaranteed even if you have not booked the service in advance.

In addition to the price of the flat, are there any extra costs?

Yes, there are. The payment of the Cavalleggeri Card and the tourist tax, additional to the accommodation, are to be made upon arrival at check-in.

What does the Cavalleggeri Card include? Is it compulsory?

The Cavalleggeri Card is a compulsory service card to be paid at check-in. It includes: free Wi-Fi in common areas and in apartment; use of outdoor swimming pools; one covered unattended parking space per flat. In apartment: air conditioning, bed linen and towels, energy consumption, final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).

In high season, it also includes: daytime entertainment on the beach and evening entertainment; 2 SPA entrances per flat per stay (Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, Mediterranean bath, emotional showers, salt cabin, heated pool with jets and hydromassage beds); 30% discount on further spa entrances, massages and beauty treatments.

Are there animation and mini-club services? How are they organised?

In high season there is a soft animation service with activities on the beach in the morning and in the pool or amphitheatre in the afternoon; in the evening there is always entertainment (cabaret, games, music) at the Cavalleggeri bar. There is also a mini club with activities suitable for children and young people according to their age; once a week a pizza night is organised for the little ones at the Corte dei Cavalleggeri Restaurant. Children can participate from the age of 3 years. During the day, activities such as muscle toning, aqua aerobics and group dances are organised for adults.

Are dogs allowed throughout the hotel?

Dogs are not allowed in the common areas (amphitheatre, swimming pool, tennis courts, beach, internal green areas, etc.). They can accompany their owners for lunch in the pine forest at Boschetto Restaurant or for dinner at La Corte dei Cavalleggeri Restaurant.

Is the SPA always freely accessible to all guests?

Spa services are subject to payment and must be booked in advance, depending on availability to be checked once you arrive at the reception, and it is accessible for guests over 16 years of age.
